Strings and Harmonies from Mexico

Enjoy a demonstrations of various Mexican folk rhythms such as the “huapango” and “ranchera,” which represent not only the mariachi tradition of Mexico, but other traditions as well. Mexico is a very big country with many different music styles! Sing-alongs are always included!

One large table near the front of the room, with open space nearby. Participants should be seated in one or two semicircles facing the presenter, in chairs or on the floor.
