This workshop provides an introduction to the fundamental principles of Chinese Medicine and the philosophy behind it. Through engaging examples and analogies, participants will learn how Chinese medicine practitioners diagnose patients and how to incorporate diet and exercises, such as Qigong, into daily health routines. The session also explores common therapies and treatments, including herbal medicine and acupuncture.
By attending this workshop, participants will gain a strong foundation for exploring other Chinese health-related topics, such as Qigong, acupuncture, and Chinese cooking.
