Wake up your senses with aromas of Indian cuisine. Indian food is an integral part of Indian culture. Students will learn how food is part of every celebration. They will learn about different spices of India and how they are used in Indian cooking, their medicinal values, etc. They will be cooking meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks like samosa, mango lassi, and Indian rice pudding. The students will also learn about the different climatic regions of India and their impacts on food habits. They will try recipes from North and South India.
