Nepal is not only a land of mountains; it is known for its numerous festivals and colorful vibrant celebrations. Each year, more than 50 festivals are celebrated by Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, and Christian communities. Despite diverse ethnic backgrounds and traditions, most Nepalese citizens unite to celebrate major festivals together.
This workshop explores the traditions of at least one festival that falls during each month of the year (January to December).
