Debi Nicoue Tettey is a naturalized citizen of the United States. She was born and raised in Lome, Togo, and came to the United States as a college student with her parents and siblings. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Western Illinois University and completed her Master of Business Administration with the University of Iowa. Ms. Tettey is currently working as a Credit Analyst for John Deere Financial. In addition to working as a Cultural Ambassador for CultureALL, Debi and her husband are involved in the Togolese Association of Iowa located here in Des Moines. Debi has lived in many places including Togo, Illinois, Florida, and now Iowa. Ms. Tettey lives with her husband Johan and her son Gabriel. As hobbies, she likes to play tennis, spend time outside, sing, dance, try different cuisines, and spend time with family.
