India is known for its art and fascinating crafts. In this workshop, participants get to do a variety of things like coloring a rangoli design with colored sand. They also learn the importance of rangoli, which is drawn in front of houses to welcome good luck. They also get to do the paper crafts associated with some Indian festivals like Diwali (Festival of Lights), Holi (Festival of Colors) and others. Participants get to see the display of various Indian crafts, art, and clothing.
