More than five hundred people of all cultures came together at the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates for a magical, multi-cultural fusion of food, fashion and fun. Guests enjoyed live classical sitar performances, an enchanting Indian market, the art of traditional mehandi hand adornment, delicious Central Asian-inspired appetizers, and sweet delicacies as they danced the night away to music provided by DJ Raj. Here are some highlights from the event.
More Fabulous Photos
A number of local photographers were on hand to capture the magic of the Bollywood Ball. Many of their photos can be found in an album on our Facebook page, but here some links to the photographers’ own galleries.
Bollywood-style attire – or any fun party attire – was encouraged for the Ball. We complied a list of fashion resources for those who wanted to purchase Bollywood attire. If you want to dress in true Bollywood style – or host your own Bollywood event – you might want to consider ordering clothing from one of these vendors. Be sure to order early so your outfit will arrive in time for your event!
